Information we collect
Information may include your name, email address, phone number, country, company, job title, visitor type, a professional or social profile URL you choose to provide for identity review, email or identity-provider verification status, messages or sponsorship-enquiry details, plus campaign-attribution parameters such as UTM values when present.
Why we use the information
We use information to manage and verify registrations, operate the event, respond to enquiries, manage sponsorship requests, send participation-related communications and invitations, protect forms from abuse, and improve website and event operations.
Attendee-data sharing
The website does not promise sponsors access to registration data. If a consent-based lead-sharing or Lead Scanner feature is introduced, attendee details will be shared with a sponsor only through a clearly defined consent mechanism and the approved event policy.
Service providers and third parties
We may use hosting, email, analytics or technical service providers needed to operate the website and event. Providers should receive only the information necessary to perform their service under the applicable controls. External links are governed by the third party’s own policies.
Analytics, advertising measurement and tracking technologies
The site may use analytics and advertising-measurement technologies, including Meta Pixel when enabled, to understand page visits, measure successful registration completion and improve campaign performance. Providers may receive browser or device technical data and events such as PageView or CompleteRegistration under their own settings and policies. We do not intentionally include registration-form fields such as name, email address or phone number in browser-side Meta Pixel events. These technologies should be used in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including consent requirements where they apply.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for event operations and relevant legal or business requirements, then delete it or reduce retention when there is no longer a legitimate need. Technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access risks, although no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
