Use of this website
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
Registration and admission
Submitting the registration form records a registration request and does not create rights beyond what the organiser later confirms. Verification, admission, capacity and safety requirements may apply under venue and event policies.
Programme, speakers and sponsors
The agenda, speakers, sponsors, session order or operational details may change when necessary. The website publishes the latest approved information available; a published listing is not a guarantee if an official change occurs later.
Sponsorship and commercial offers
General sponsorship information is not a contract. Benefits, prices and availability become binding only when confirmed in an official proposal or agreement between the parties.
Intellectual property
Website content, brands, photography and materials owned by Smart Vision or their respective owners remain protected under applicable rights and may not be commercially reused without appropriate permission.
Liability and external links
Event information is provided in good faith and operational details may change. External links, content and services are the responsibility of their providers. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for investment or commercial decisions made by visitors based on third-party content.
